affordable

Simple exterior designs and rooflines save costs.  The 1850 square foot size reduces construction costs.  The large great room, front porch, and back deck make the home feel larger.  With solar panels and incentive rebates, generate and store your own energy and pay almost no energy bills.

Bright living room with white sectional sofa, wooden coffee table, patterned area rug, large windows overlooking trees, floor lamp, TV on wooden stand, small side table, decorative candles, and plants.

family friendly

Family spaces are our priority- our great room occupies 40% of the house.  The large front porch and back deck create more family space.  Lower mortgage payments and energy costs mean parents can spend more time with their families and less time working to pay the mortgage.

Open-concept kitchen and dining area with green cabinetry, island with white countertop, four barstools, pendant lights, ceiling fans, window with trees outside, and a wall with picture frames.

environmentally conscious

Our all electric home is powered by south facing solar panels.  Trees are only cleared to expose the panels to sunlight while the remaining property is wooded.  A Tesla Powerwall stores energy on-site, guaranteeing power during outtages and minimizing use of energy from the grid.  A level 2 charger allows on-site charging of electric vehicles.  A wood burning stove supplies backup heat on winter nights.
